Because of the shipping delays around the holidays orders for Halloween to be placed till 20th September, orders for Christmas to be placed till 20th November, if you put the order later than these dates, please chose the express option while checking out the product.
We accept custom orders, you can send me pictures or explain what you want and I will find the pictures.
Gift wrapping is not available.
After an order is placed we start with the production. So cancellations are not possible because its a custom order. We accept returns or refunds only if the received product is the wrong product or not as described, and you prove that with pictures of the product.
